Hiruki Binodya, daughter of G. Upul Anura Kumara, born on 21 February 2015, is currently studying in Grade 6 at Sapugaskanda Vishaka Balika Vidyalaya and resides at Bandaranayaka Mawatha, Biyagama Road, Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
In recognition of her extraordinary determination, discipline, and perseverance, it is officially certified that she successfully completed a 10-kilometer walk within a remarkable time of 1 hour and 30 minutes, demonstrating exceptional athletic spirit and commitment at such a young age.

This outstanding achievement was officially recorded on 18 February 2024, with the event commencing and concluding at Pilapitiya President College, Pilapitiya, Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
