MOST FULL-CONTACT KARATE PUNCHES STRIKES PERFECTLY IN 3 HOURS

for striking 3,000 karate punches with perfection and for being one of the 30 dedicated participants who successfully delivered a total of 90,000 full-contact karate punches within 3 hours in a relay marathon.
